St. Ethelreda has many reasons to be proud. We have an amazing faculty and staff, wonderful students, dedicated parents and loyal alums and supporters.

 

Recently, our principal, Dr. Spells, was the recipient of the National Catholic  Education Association LEAD. LEARN. PROCLAIM. Leadership Award. She was one of only 10 principals honored  across the country. 

 

Above and beyond this national honor, the entire faculty and staff  were honored with the prestigious Croghan Award given annually to schools whose students have shown a marked improvement in test  scores and overall school success.

 

Our Chess team has players ranked in the top 100 in the country and has won various tournaments around the Chicagoland area.
